If you're ready to stop relying on willpower to work out after a 12-hour shift and stop being bloated from breakroom snacks, it's time for a plan that actually works with your schedule, not against it.
You spend your days taking care of patients, running on caffeine, and squeezing in snacks between charting and back-to-back shifts. By the time you get home, there's nothing left to give to your own health.
You know what you should be doing. You just don't have the time, energy, or headspace to figure out how to actually do it — not with a schedule like yours.
That's where our work comes in.
What other healthcare pros are saying:
Imagine going from burnt out and bloated to energized and confident.
Not through another generic meal plan you'll abandon in two weeks. Not through a workout routine designed for someone with unlimited free time.
Through a coaching process built specifically for people with unpredictable shifts, real fatigue, and zero patience for anything overly complicated.
We meet every week to check in on your progress, troubleshoot what's not working, and adjust your plan around your actual life — not the other way around.
Question at 2am after a night shift? Need a quick win before a big meal out? You'll have direct messaging access to me in between calls, so you're never stuck figuring it out alone. You're also welcome to post in our shared space to get feedback from me and other clients on the same journey.
Built around your schedule, your preferences, and your goals — not a one-size-fits-all template.
I'm Shannon — a health coach who works with healthcare professionals because I live it.
I started as a personal trainer, helping people move better and get stronger. But watching clients hit plateaus taught me that movement alone wasn't the full picture — so I became a certified nutrition coach and saw firsthand how much what you eat changes how you look and feel. Then came PA school, where I learned just how unrealistic generic fitness programs are for shift work. Eventually, I brought it all together with a wellness coaching certification, because real, lasting change never comes from just one piece of the puzzle.
Along the way, I spent years juggling early morning gym clients, afternoon classes, and countless hours at the hospital — all while trying to hold onto my own fitness and nutrition. I know what it's like to be busy, capable, and still feel burnt out and stuck. That's exactly why I coach the way I do: collaboratively, and starting with mindset, because if your head isn't on board, the plan doesn't matter.
I've helped clients rebuild their relationship with food, regain their energy, and feel confident again - and I'd love to help you do the same.
